Your Christmas Or Mine landed on Amazon Prime last year, and it went down really rather well.

The plot saw Asa Butterfield and Cora Kirk play young couple James and Hayley who, upon deciding that they don’t want to be apart for Christmas after all, get on each other’s respective trains and find themselves at the others’ family home. Fuelled by farcical misunderstandings, the film is a solid slice of festive fun. It’s no Planes, Trains & Automobiles of course, but then again, what is.

Still! We’re getting more of it, and Your Christmas Or Mine 2 looks set to stick to the same formula. Think of it as a bit Home Alone 2 to Home Alone, if you will.

A sequel to the British holiday film Your Christmas Or Mine? has been greenlit at Amazon, with stars Asa Butterfield (Sex Education) and Cora Kirk (Prey for the Devil) signed on to return.

Titled Your Christmas Or Mine 2, the pic will hit Prime Video in December 2023. American actress Jane Krakowski (30 Rock) has joined the cast. Cast also returning from the first edition are Alex Jennings (The Crown), Daniel Mays (Fisherman’s Friends), David Bradley (Harry Potter series), Angela Griffin (White Lines), and Natalie Gumede (Titans).

Titans is refocusing on Dick and Kory as we approach the HBO Max superhero drama's series finale.

On Titans Season 4 Episode 7 and Titans Season 4 Episode 8, the pair were caught up in a town hidden from the outside world in their quest to find a mystical horn that could help in the battle against Brother Blood, Mother Mayhem, and possibly Trigon.

"We wanted to go in a different direction, not to kind of go in the gory way, which we explored in the first half," showrunner Greg Walker tells TV Fanatic of the decision, adding that the creatives wanted to change the tone.

Doing so meant they could refocus on Dick and Kory and what they mean to each other.

Contains spoilers for Strike: Lethal White Episode 1

The last time we saw Cormoran Strike, he was barrelling up the M1 on a traditional rom-com mission, but with a certain vagueness of purpose. Was he rushing to Robin’s wedding to give her back her old job, or to declare his love and stop her from saying ‘I do’? Whichever it was, she tied the knot and we didn’t see what followed. Two years later, our invitation to the reception has arrived.

What followed was pretty flagrant on Robin’s part. Dancing the first dance at her wedding to the lyrics ‘If I could, then I would’ while locking eyes over her new husband’s shoulder with the man who really gets her, then abandoning that dance to run after the retreating figure of said man is almost enough to make you feel sorry for Matthew.

Except, it’s impossible to feel sorry for Matthew.

The Titans season 2 finale satisfyingly brings together many threads but still leaves more questions than answers.

Titans Season 2 Episode 13

Rather than skimp on the fixins’, the Titans season 2 loads so much on the narrative plate that, like yesterday’s Thanksgiving dinner, it is difficult to fully appreciate any one dish we have to chew on.

By no means a bad episode, “Nightwing” is still slightly disappointing because it reflects the bloat of having too many ongoing plot threads, and what happens when a show attempts to resolve most of them all at once – but instead succumbs to its pacing challenges. The episode does cap an overall enjoyable season that is a marked improvement over its first, even if it’s a stretch to call the sophomore outing “strong.”

It takes seven minutes for the Slade Wilson story to be wrapped, ending with a dead Deathstroke,...

Titans Season 2 Episode 6

With nary a mention of him since his tease at the end of season one, Conner Kent swoops into Titans with a great episode that’s charming, sweet, and exciting for what it sets up for the series. Oh, and Krypto!

Picking up after the stinger scene from last season’s finale, “Conner” has a bare-assed Lex Luthor/Superman clone busting himself, and Krypto the Super-Dog out of Luthor’s Cadmus Labs. What follows is a road-trip of self-discovery as the young naïve boy learns his powers, taps into his anger, and hopefully develop into a good person.

I really commend Joshua Orpin on his performance as Conner. Playing a full-grown adult newborn is a minefield because it tiptoes along the lines of some very well-tread tropes.

Good Girls Revolt alum Genevieve Angelson is the latest addition to Titans‘ Season 2 ensemble.

Our sister site Deadline reports that Angelson will appear on DC Universe’s flagship series in the role of Dr. Eve Watson, a researcher who has “conflicted feelings about her recent work” for Cadmus Labs. (TVLine has since confirmed that Angelson will appear in at least two episodes.)

DC Universe took to San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday night, and we got new information on Titans, a renewal with a twist for Doom Patrol, a first look trailer for Harley Quinn, and more!

Titans, which was the first live-action TV series for the young streaming service, is returning sooner than you might think.

The flagship series will return with new episodes unspooling weekly on Friday, September 6.

There are a string of new cast members for the sophomore run with Iain Glen joining as Bruce Wayne, Esai Morales as Slade Wilson, aka Deathstroke the Terminator, and Natalie Gumede as Mercy Graves, the bodyguard of Lex Luthor.

Returning series regulars are Brenton Thwaites, Anna Diop, Teagan Croft, and Ryan Potter.

As for Titans spinoff Doom Patrol, the rumors are true. The series has been renewed for a second season, but it won't just be airing on DC Universe.

DC Universe’s Titans, the first original live-action series to launch on the subscription service, has set its Season 2 premiere date: Friday, September 6. It was unveiled Saturday at Comic-Con during the streamer’s two-hour event at the Indigo Ballroom at the Hilton Bayfront.

Titans follows the superhero squad led by Batman’s former sidekick, Robin (Brenton Thwaites), and includes Starfire (Anna Diop), Raven (Teagan Croft) and Beast Boy (Ryan Potter). It also features Curran Walters as Jason Todd, the “replacement” Robin after the original Dynamic Duo parted ways.

Game of Thrones star Iain Glen as Bruce Wayne, Esai Morales as Slade Wilson, aka Deathstroke the Terminator, and Natalie Gumede as Mercy Graves, the bodyguard of Lex Luthor, are also aboard for the second season.

The premiere date news comes the same week as special effects coordinator Warren Appleby was killed at his Toronto studio while testing an effect for the upcoming season.

And just like that, another major piece of the puzzle has fallen into place for DC Universe’s live action Titans series.

Hot on the heels of our scoop from earlier this morning saying that Lex Luthor is being eyed as season 3’s big bad comes confirmation that his bodyguard, Mercy Graves, has been cast for season 2. If anything, this supports my own speculation that Lex will be name-dropped throughout the next wave of episodes so that groundwork be laid for his actual introduction.

In case you were wondering, Natalie Gumede has landed the gig, with her iteration of the character being described as follows:

“Mercy Graves is the ruthless, cunning, right hand and bodyguard to the notorious Lex Luthor – serving her boss with unquestioned loyalty. Her connection to the Luthors runs deep, as Mercy has been a friend of the family and in Lex’s life since they were young.

Titans has Mercy.

For Season 2 of the DC Universe live-action series, English actress Natalie Gumede has been castin the recurring guest star role of Mercy Graves, our sister site Deadline reports.

Per Deadline, Titans‘ version of the DC Comics character is described as “the ruthless, cunning, right hand and bodyguard to the notorious Lex Luthor – serving her boss with unquestioned loyalty. Exclusive Natalie Gumede has been cast as a recurring guest star on the DC Universe original series Titans in the role of Mercy Graves, the formidable bodyguard and ruthless right hand to the megalomaniacal Lex Luthor.

The official character bio from the show’s producers: “Mercy Graves is the ruthless, cunning, right hand and bodyguard to the notorious Lex Luthor – serving her boss with unquestioned loyalty. Gumede is best known for starring as Ashley in the Doctor Who Christmas Special that aired Christmas Day 2014 to an audience of 9.6 million viewers. More recently, Gumede was seen in the 10-episode ITV series Jekyll & Hyde, playing the head of the criminal underworld in 1930s London and the love interest of Hyde.

DC Universe is already hard at work on Titans season 2. Here's everything you need to know.

Titans Season 2 is confirmed! The first season of Titans premiered on the DC Universe streaming service on October 12 and wrapped with a divisive season finale on December 21. The 10 episode season introduced a ton of new DC heroes and villains over the course of its run. But that's only the start.

At New York Comic Con, Titans executive producer Geoff Johns confirmed that Titans Season 2 is a go. Not only that, they've already planned out the entire arc of the second season. And furthermore, they've already mapped out which new characters will appear.

The final member of the Deathstroke family has been cast. Chelsea T. Zhang (Disney's Andi Mack) will play Rose Wilson, the Ravager. Here's the official character description (courtesy of Deadline).

ITV has cancelled its Jekyll and Hyde TV show, after just one season of ten episodes, leaving fans with no in-story closure. Today, creator Charlie Higson made the cancellation public on Twitter. Thus far, ITV has not commented publicly, on the status of Jekyll and Hyde.

Set in London, this 1930s period drama stars Tom Bateman as the grandson of the original Dr. Jekyll, as he tries to understand the awful legacy inherited from his grandfather. The cast also includes Donald Sumpter, Stephanie Hyam, Tom Rhys Harries, Natalie Gumede, Michael Karim, Richard E. Grant, Phil McKee, and Oliver Gilbert.

ITV got back into the 'teatime adventure series' game tonight, launching a new competitor to the BBC's Doctor Who with a fast-paced, flashy take on Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.

Jekyll and Hyde - from writer Charlie Higson - casts Tom Bateman as Robert Jekyll, who like his grandfather Henry has a monstrous alter ego.

Writer Charlie Higson has already described Bateman as a "sexy" update of the doctor with the split personality, who will be the grandson of the title character in Robert Louis Stevenson's classic tale.

Speaking to Digital Spy, Bateman said that watching Heath Ledger's take on The Joker in The Dark Knight was a big influence on how he played Hyde.

"Jekyll is quite close to me, a little bit more shy. Whereas Hyde is a mish-mash of lots of things. I didn't realise I was borrowing it throughout the auditions – but Heath Ledger's Joker [was an influence].

The Fast Show star Charlie Higson has already tackled cult with his Young James Bond novels, and embraced horror with post-apocalyptic series The Enemy. Now, he's taking on both with ITV's new version of Jekyll and Hyde.

Bateman will be playing the dual role of evil Hyde and his mild-mannered alter ego Jekyll in the paranormal drama.

The series is set in 1930s London, and will focus on the grandson of the doctor featured in the famous Robert Louis Stevenson story.

Jekyll & Hyde is coming to ITV this autumn, and here is your first look at the show's lead Tom Bateman in action.

The Da Vinci's Demons star is playing the dual-role of Hyde and his mild-mannered alter ego Jekyll in the paranormal drama.

In the first clip from the series, Jekyll finds himself transformed into a monster whilst facing off against a group of thugs.

Richard E Grant and former Coronation Street actress Natalie Gumede join Bateman in the cast, along with Stephanie Hyam (Murdered By My Boyfriend), Donald Sumpter (Game of Thrones), Amit Shah (Hustle) and Phil McKee (Ripper Street).

The series is set in 1930s London, and will focus on the grandson of the doctor featured in Robert Louis Stevenson's story.

ITV has released the first clip from its upcoming ten-part "Jekyll & Hyde" event series which isn't so much a new adaptation of the Robert Louis Stevenson short story so much as a superhero-themed reimagined sequel to it.

Tom Bateman, Richard E. Grant and Natalie Gumede star in this new take in which we follow the grandson of the original Dr. Jekyll who is a young, sensitive and meek man. His 'Hyde' however is a confident, risk-taking superhero with super powers who gets things done. The series premieres sometime this Fall.

ITV's new Jekyll & Hyde series has been billed as a "superhero story" - with a "sexy" Mr Hyde.

Cast and crew from the new paranormal drama attended a panel at McM London Comic Con on Saturday (May 23).

Lead writer Charlie Higson said: "It's a superhero Jekyll & Hyde - about Dr Jekyll's grandson, who doesn't know anything about who he is or why he's like he is.

"[The book is] the prototype superhero story - it's a guy with an alter ego. He can turn into someone else, nobody knows it's him and he can do all the things he dreams about, so I thought there was a lot you could do with it that was new and exciting."

Higson described the show's Hyde as "sexy", "good-looking" and "dangerous" - with Da Vinci's Demons actor Tom Bateman playing the dual-role of Hyde and his mild-mannered alter ego Jekyll.

Bates Motel & The Returned

A&E Network has announced back-to-back premiere dates for the third season of "Bates Motel" and the U.S. remake of acclaimed French supernatural series "The Returned". Both will premiere on March 9th.

Speaking about the latter, show runner Cartlon Cuse says that the first six episodes of the show share a lot of similarities with the original. After that point they diverge and the end of the first season is "fairly, distinctively different" from the original. [Source: The Live Feed]

Tom Bateman and Richard E Grant have been cast in ITV's Jekyll & Hyde.

The ten-part adventure drama - based on Robert Louis Stevenson's 1886 novella - will also star Coronation Street's Natalie Gumede.

Bateman will take the role of Robert Jekyll, Grant will play Sir Roger Bulstrode, and Gumede will star as Bella.

The cast of the series also includes Stephanie Hyam (Murdered By My Boyfriend), Donald Sumpter (Game of Thrones), Amit Shah (Hustle), Phil McKee (Ripper Street) and Christian McKay (Rush).

Ruby Bentall (The Paradise), Enzo Cilenti (Game of Thrones), Lolita Chakrabarti (The Smoke), Michael Karim (Inspector Lewis) and Ace Bhatti (Silk) will feature in supporting roles.

The series will be set in 1930s London, and will focus on the grandson of the doctor featured in Stevenson's story.

Colin Teague will direct the series, which begins filming in Sri Lanka later this month. Production will take place in London from February until July.

It's one heck of a gamble to go for an hour long Doctor Who Christmas special, where all but a few minutes at the end turn out to be a dream. Yet that's just what Steven Moffat pulled off with his far improved Yuletide episode, Last Christmas.

As he confirmed at the Q&A after the press screening, everything you see in the episode, from the first scene onwards, is strictly a dream, up until the finale, and the placing of Last Christmas' final tangerine. A poignant tangerine, that also seems to suggest that Santa is real. That's a mystery solved, then.

The title of Doctor Who's ninth series premiere has been revealed.

'The Magician's Apprentice' - written by Steven Moffat - will launch Peter Capaldi's second series of the BBC sci-fi drama.

The next Doctor Who episode will be festive special 'Last Christmas', airing on Christmas Day at 6.15pm on BBC One.

Nick Frost will join Capaldi and Jenna Coleman in the special, playing Santa Claus, while Coronation Street's Natalie Gumede and Glue's Faye Marsay will also appear.

The ninth series of Doctor Who will then begin filming in January, for broadcast in late 2015.

The BBC has refused to confirm whether or not Coleman will reprise her role as Clara for the next series.

The BBC's latest teaser for 'Last Christmas' sees The Doctor (Peter Capaldi) reunited with Clara Oswald (Jenna Coleman) for the holidays, following their parting in 'Death in Heaven'.

Doctor Who's dynamic duo soon find themselves facing off with grotesque aliens on a military base filled with ammunition.

Just when it appears that all hope is lost, Father Christmas himself shows up in the form of comedian Nick Frost.

Doctor Who's Christmas special will air on December 25 on BBC America in the Us.

The sci-fi drama's 2014 festive episode, written by showrunner Steven Moffat, will be titled 'Last Christmas'.
