Joakim Skarli, is a Norwegian Ex semi professional footballer turned actor , executive producer & content creator.
He is best known for his role as Fabian Bengtsson in Netflix's True Crime fiction series "The Lorenskog Disappearance " (2022). Skarli plays a Swedish sons millionaire that was kidnapped (The Siba Case - Episode 4 The Journalists: Part 2)
After working some years in the music & entertainment-industry, such as Sony Music Entertainment, Radio NRJ , Kingsize Magazine , Skarli started working full time as an actor and produced two short films, The other side (2017) & Next II Mine (2017) he had the leading part as Tom, and he also had the supporting role as Magne in Next II Mine, which additionally was handpicked to be screened at the Cannes Film Festival in 2018. Both films directed by Prince Joe.
When it comes to other film & television appearances, Skarli been featured in The Crown, Small Axe, Holby city & Eastenders. This year Skarli had a regular role in the BBC series "The Gold", here as an Undercover Detective, Coming 2023. Skarli was also starring in the highly successful horror short film Leopard Heels (2022), directed by Chris Turner.
On the stage, Skarli did his debut as a warrior performer in an Opera play named Norma at the Opera House in Oslo, Norway. A play written by Sigrid Strøm Reibo.
