- The Grange is haunted, so they say. This stately home in the depths of Devon has been the site of many an apparition. And now people are turning up dead. The ghosts are wild in the forest. But the Doctor doesn't believe in ghosts. The TARDIS follows a twist in the vortex to the village of Staffham in 1977 and discovers something is very wrong with time. But spectral highwaymen and cavaliers are the least of the Doctor's worries. For the Grange is owned by the sinister Jalnik, and Jalnik has a scheme two thousand years in the making. Only the Doctor and Leela stand between him and the destruction of history itself. It's the biggest adventure of their lives - but do they have the time?
- A century after his great-grandfather Cornelius vanished in the Amazon rainforest, Edward Perkins is journeying to the depths of the jungle to find out what became of his ancestor's lost expedition. Intrigued by what appears to be a description of a crashed spacecraft in the diaries of that first voyage, the Doctor and Leela join him on his quest. But when their plane runs into trouble and ends up crash landing, everyone gets more than they bargained for. The jungle is filled with giant creatures and angry tribesmen, all ready to attack. But in the famed lost city of the Maygor tribe, something far, far worse is lurking. Something with an offer to make to mankind. Who are the Lurons and can they be trusted? Will the Doctor defeat the plans of the malevolent Godrin or will he become just another victim of the legendary Valley of Death?
- The Doctor and Peri are in Blackpool for a holiday, but they discover people are disappearing at Blackpool's fun fair and an old enemy is hiding in the shadows. The Celestial Toymaker is back and he's out for revenge.
- The Doctor receives a distress signal from his old Time Lord Academy bully Anzor which leads him to the planet Magnus where he encounters not only Anzor, but also the planet's ruler Rana Zanduisa, who wants to learn the secrets of time travel from the planet's alien visitors, his old enemy Sil who is still bitter from his defeat on Varos who has teamed-up with another of The Doctor's old enemies, the Ice Warriors.
- The Doctor and Peri have been on holiday, visiting old friend Reverend Foxwell in the sleepy English village of Hollowdean. But why are their memories so hazy? Piercing together events they recall a mysterious chauffeur, who is not what he seems, and Foxwell's experiments that could alter the nature of reality. Huge sand creatures have been sighted on the dunes, and many of the locals are devoted to a leader known as Professor Stream. But who is Stream? And what lies within the Hollows of Time? When mysterious ships target the Vancouver, Ace and the Doctor are pushed to the limit. Meanwhile, there's something nasty in the grain containers. And it's not very happy.

In the village no one lives to an old age, when their time is come, they are taken away by Herne the Hunter never to be seen again. Soon, The Doctor and Peri are hunted by Herne after they save Gurth who is attempting to run from his fate and they're about to discover not everything is as it seems in the village and the answers lie within a cave.
- The Doctor arrives on Targos Delta to visit his old friend Professor Albrecht Thompson but he's vanished, being last seen boarding the holiday shuttle Paradise 5 never to be seen again. Soon, The Doctor and Peri go undercover to investigate the shuttle but what they discover will be a terrible secret and the mute Cherubs have a story to tell. Because the Elohim are coming.
- The Doctor and Peri arrive in an English village in 1872 after detecting a strange signalling device on the moon. But they're not the first aliens to be in the village. The Sontarans are drawing their battle lines in the forest and the local humans will be lucky to escape the conflagration unscathed. Because the village is hiding a deadly secret - a secret that could destroy the entire Sontaran race and reveal the terrible mystery of their creation
- The Doctor and Peri arrive on Tranquela for a holiday, but they discover the peaceful people are turning into savage beasts by a hate ray originating from the planet's other continent, Tranquela's oldest enemies, the Amelierans.
- The Tardis makes an emergency landing in Elizabethan England after a near-disastrous collision with an asteroid in space. Meanwhile, on Earth, playwright Kit Marlowe is attempting to write Doctor Faustus when he is greeted by a Spaniard called Velez, who is in search of a stone blade brought from South America. The Doctor and Peri will need to find out what connects these two events because The Omnion are coming and the point of entry approaches.
- Raine is enjoying her first trip to the future as the Tardis arrives at Margrave University in 2001, where The Doctor and Ace reunite with Brigadier Bambera. But they discover Margrave University has some mysteries surrounding it. Why are alien creatures being imprisoned in the science labs? And what are the true motives of Scobie and his followers?
- The Tardis is accidentally captured by Captain Greeg and his crew while hunting for mile-long Space Whales on a vast harvesting ship. But there is a creature running loose in the ship's bowels and The Doctor and Peri must use their wits to not only survive, but save the Megaptera's song from being extinguished forever.
- The TARDIS materialises on the USS Eldridge, after the Philadelphia Experiment has gone disastrously wrong. Most of the crew are dead, the ship is disintegrating, and the Doctor soon realises that the problem comes from another dimension. As they attempt to find a way to get the ship home, the Doctor and Peri visit the distant planet Capron and meet its tyrannical ruler Osloo. But the search for a possible solution only creates increasingly dire problems. Osloo's horizons have been widened - and space and time are hers for the taking.
