Yawn. Bad acting and bad writing. Again this "I'll help you if you help me" geez come on! Also again the characters are never in any real trouble.

This show is on the precipice of becoming a cultural phenomenon. Everything that star wars is meant to be. It looks great the story seems like it's going to deliver something original and exciting, but has just enough easter eggs to make this exceptional every week is a better

The story is coming together now. All the different facets of the plot are lining up. Great direction from CARL WEATHERS, outstanding production design, superb cinematography and off course the Ludwig score... Can't wait for the next 4 episodes, because guess what, we are just getting to the meat of this universe here. P.S. This chapter focuses not on the aspect people thought it would, but on the 'other' part of it, and boy does it make you enthusiastic for the future...

For Carl Weathers first directing gig he has outdone himself. Such a good episode with tons of action and baby yoda being baby yoda

I'm struggling to put into words just how much I adored this episode, I was fidgeting and grinning like a child. It was funny, it was epic, it was visually a treat for the eyes, the music was incredible. I have basically nothing negative to say. Worst thing about this chapter is that it ended. It felt like getting pure Star Wars injected into your bloodstream and all I can say is I want MORE! Strong 9 to a 10. This is the way.

This episode really did feel like a filler. There wasn't really any story beyond taking down the base and the character interactions and action sequences were comical at best and terrible at worst. I guess they needed to add some suspense by having Mando's shipped tracked but honestly - everything else felt pretty unnecessary and I felt bored for the first time since Mandalorian premiered.

I don't know what to say about this episode without spoiling anything. this episode was really amazing. good scenes. secrets are unfolded. this episode was really really exciting, and the show just seems to get better by each episode. The ship fights were really good. My love for star wars began as a child and I enjoyed the ship fights.

Lame and predictable writing basically results in a unimaginative and bland episode in my opinion, it's also basically 90% filler. Positives would be the visual effects, and baby yoda but that's pretty much it. I really hope this isn't a trend.

I can't wrap my head around these 10/10 ratings. The whole episode was clunky. The dialogue was intermittent and poorly delivered a lot of the time. When they were fighting to escape the base, there just random scenes of them shooting a few troopers, for no particular reason, then they'd move to a new room and do the same thing. Then the chase scene went for 10 minutes and there was no sense of threat or tension. It just felt off.

The Mandalorian continues with another great new episode!

The episode focuses on The Mandalorian rejoining old allies for a new mission.

I absolutely love Carl Weathers' directorial debut; the casting is very talented; the visual effects were mesmerizing; the cinematography was incredible; and more to see were terrific for many geeks!

I absolutely love this episode to watch.

First I want to start with the action. This episode is chalked full of fun and exciting Star Wars action and I think most fans will enjoy it.

Secondly, the story is good. It does not feel like a filler episode but more of a setup episode. I think we'll later see why this episode is important.

Thirdly, the dialogue... Star Wars is kind of known for "clunky", "cheesy", or "wanna be witty" dialogue. This episode falls under that(-1 Star). However, it didn't distract from the plot and was certainly no worse than the lady on tattoine.

Overall this was a fantastic episode that feels like the season is about to ramp up and get more interesting!

Chapter 12: "The Siege" was impressive in terms of action set pieces. It was fact paced and it featured very impressive special effects - for a small screen cinema I mean. I like of story is moving in this second season a bit more then I first one, and although its more or less is predictable, I like it very much overall so far.

Four episodes in and I am LOVING this season! each episode continues to shock and surprise me and without spoiling anything it is full of excitement, drama and entertainment and then the story twists and nods

As last week's episode passed, I kinda guessed that we weren't going to see Ahsoka before next week's episode, because Dave Filoni is both writing and directing that episode, so it just makes sense. But that didn't take away from the excitement of seeing what Carl Weathers' could do behind the camera, and he nailed this episode. This actually felt like it continued the main plot of the series, which is setting up what Moff Gideon is actually trying to do here. He's obviously trying to create some kind of super soldier, and I'm excited to see where all of that goes. The premise of the episode was quite enjoyable, and he handled the action scenes with a great set of skills. There were certain parts of the humor that I didn't click with, and the return of a specific character that I didn't think should have been in here, also puts it down a few points for me. However, I do think that this is a very good episode and that it has done a great job of putting some pieces into play. Now, what they do with those pieces is going to be the big question, and whether or not they're able to stick the landing. So far, I haven't been disappointed, and I'm ready for more.

Again this shows delivers with the visuals. The action scenes in this episode were more exciting and engaging than anything in the entire sequel trilogy. That spedder chase through the Canyon couldn't have felt any better, bringing me back to rotj! I must say though some of the dialog by a certain someone was delivered rather poorly and took me out of it a bit. Everything else was great though. Love this series and not every episode has to be a 9.

While the visual effects were entertaining, the writing and dialogues were mediocre at best. Moreover, the character of Cara Dune (Portrayed by Gina Carano) is extremely annoying with her exaggerated facial expressions and her bossy, tough behavior. I hope that the following episodes will return to the quality of some of the previous episodes (like The Heiress).

Could the acting have been any worse? Seriously, Gina Carano needs acting lessons ASAP. Her acting is so bad it makes me uncomfortable to watch. Carl Weathers acting in this episode was also really lifeless. I'm impressed he pulled double duty here, but maybe he bit off a bit too much. Overall I thought the script was boring, convenient, and predictable. Were there important revelations revealed? Yes, however, these revelations were wrapped in a "Bruckheimeresque" episode. I never thought I'd miss CGI, but some of the practical effects were bad. (See the ferret) Now to Stormtroopers.......So the Empire has been defeated and yet there is an endless supply of Stormtroopers all geared up just for target practice. I realize this is a fantasy, but can we not at least question whether these Stormtroopers would maintain their loyalty after a crushing defeat and being treated like 1930s coal miners by the Empire??? Are these stormtroopers really gonna walk around this isolated base with supreme loyalty like mindless droids? And why are there Speeder Bikes on an isolated base where the Empire is trying to be incognito? And are the stormtroopers in speeder bike gear just sitting there wearing this gear for years just in case they need to chase someone? It seemed like 20 full minutes of this episode were repetitive scenes of our heroes shooting Stormtroopers in a corridor. I found this episode very difficult to watch and very contrived.

Wonderful episode and as always Baby Yoda always stealing the show!
