The entire show has a running gag that Marinette (Ladybug) is in love with Adrien (Cat Noir) And Adrien (Cat Noir) is in love Ladybug (Marinette) but they don't know each other's identity.
Some of the superhero suits are tight and form-fitting, especially Ladybug's.
Kisses between teens
Little bit
In season 3 ep. 22 (Félix), Félix attempts to forcefully kiss Ladybug without her consent.
Ladybug and chat noir fall on top of eachother all most every episode while chat noir waggles his eyebrows. (And one time chat noir purrs which could seem suggestive.)
In season 5 ep. 24 (Representation) felix (argos) and kagami (ryuko) are seen kissing 3 times.
Mild

Very mild cartoon violence, never any blood and no deaths. At times villains will do things that threaten the lives of characters but these never actually cause injury. Think people thrown off bridges, dropped through holes, or having objects thrown at them right before being saved by the heroes. The heroes use their brains rather than brawn to defeat villains, and when they are defeated, Ladybug uses a special move that magically undoes all the damage they did, sometimes even restoring a destroyed structure or wiping out a flood.

"suck" is said at least once in the episode season 4 "Hack-San."
Nathaniel almost swears in season 5. He is about to say "kick in the ass" but cuts himself off.
There's some uses of heck and screwed up.

In an episode, a teenager blows bubbles out of his mouth to look like smoke. Played for laughs.

It isn't that frightening as everyone always comes up OK especially the superheroes and the akumatised victim.
Chloé (Queen Bee) may be rude to Marinette (Ladybug) throughout the whole series. It IS played for laughs though.
Lila is considered a complete liar, trying to manipulate Marinette's friends. Her actions are unpleasant and atrocious.
The appearance of the akuma villains and sentimonsters is not especially scary, as most of them have cartoonish designs such as a man made of bread or a witch crossed with a cyclist.
When someone is akumatized, one of Hawk Moth's butterflies called akumas infects an object causing darkness to surround their body, transforming them into an akuma villain with Hawk Moth saying he's giving them power to take revenge. This usually happens at least once per episode.
None/Mild for neurodivergent viewers.
None/Mild in a lot of episodes.
