The last episode was intense so this is clearly designed to be a rest before the next excitement. There is a little mini story about a group of rookies who lose their sword and try and work out how to get it back, with the help of goblin slayers advice. We also have another little mini arc about an adventurer who has cheated his team friends. Both are interesting but do not progress the plot. The key take away is a quest specially sent to the goblin slayer, what could it be and will it lead to more adventures. Of course we all know the answer to the latter question, but the former if the bait to get us watching the next episode.
