Quite a boring film, to be honest.. I wasn't very interested at all in seeing this film, the trailer looked ok but nothing that would call my attention or interest me. I just found myself in the situation to watch something and this one was it, so gave it a go.
As the title, there's not much more to it than what you see on the trailer, maybe the last 15/20 minutes are a bit the consequences of the rest of the film, but it's nothing surprising or worth of watching the 1:40 previous to that.
I chuckled a couple of times when the film started, but it got old extremely fast and I was bored by the first half hour.
I didn't even think the film was sexy at all, the kinks that the characters are into don't interest me at all, I watched it as I'd watch a tree through the window.
The performances are ok, the strongest being Kidman, Dickinson has proved to me through 3 movies he's not a very versatile actor, quite expressionless and repetitive in his performances, one of those who play himself in every movie, I won't be picking up any other movie because of him, actually probably passing on them if he's on.
Not much else to say, it was very inconsequential and forgettable for me, I won't be recommending it at all.

I have to say, with all the many flaws this anime has, I really enjoyed it!
I found it looking for 80s/90s animes, I never seen this one before, and it took me by surprise from the first episode.
The character design and writing is quite interesting, it reminded me a lot of Vampire Hunter D, it doesn't seem to be the same creative team, but there are definitely strong influences, visually.
I loved the colour palette, it gives just the right vibe, and the characters are very detailed (you can like the style or not, since it doesn't try to make everyone look pretty, I actually appreciate that a lot!), with wrinkled coats and amazingly drawn hands, if you're into drawing you'll definitely appreciate these aspects.
The story is interesting, even if a bit aged over the top 80s/90s politically controversial stuff, I didn't mind it as I took it for what it is, nothing serious. It really kept me interested and curious as the story kept developing in a mysterious way, giving a few fun little twists which surprised me, since I hadn't see any trailers or anything (I recommend you do (don't) the same).
The action is very entertaining, and there's a lot of gore and destruction, lots of good moments in that aspect.
Special mention to the main villain, who looks exactly like Madonna in the late 80s. For sure no coincidence. I wonder who is Asura based on, I was wondering if it's Peter Steele, looks a lot like him in the 90s.. What bothered me the most was the last episode. The action was way too silly, stupid, even! The last scene between the three characters doesn't make sense and it could have been written WAY better.. I was about to lower the rating because of it, but in the ned, I have to say I enjoyed this too much to not giving it an 8 (maybe too generous, but I can deny the enjoyment), I'll definitely be recommending this series to my friends, I think it has a lot of value for a seemingly low budget production.

I don't think that Kraven would have ever made a great solo film, the character is simply not that interesting.
It would definitely have worked better as the villain in one of the Spiderman movies.
Exactly the same as Morbius. Exactly the same as Venom (even if some people are loving those films, I think they're terrible).
Back to Kraven, Taylor-Johnson does a decent job, he has the looks, but his character is just too shallow. The best performance comes from Crowe, who has the most intense character and he plays it perfectly.
The villains are absolutely lame, in my opinion. They were cringe bad, specially the Rhino human form, is absolutely terrible. The Foreigner was also SO bland, I just couldn't stand any of them two, every scene they were in was bad, terrible castings too.
The Rhino fight was ok, but it's just a weird version of the character, didn't really like it at all.
The story was just an excuse for the action, which works, but is not going to leave anyone thinking about it.
I appreciate the R rating, which gives the gore level comic fans (which are not kids) want. The action is decent, probably the strongest aspect of the film.
I also enjoyed the London areas shown in the film, since I live there and I know very well all the settings, it was funny just to see (knowing all the distances between the spots) how they "teleported" from place to place in the same scenes from shot to shot, of course it won't bother anyone who doesn't know the area well but I found it funny (a bit distracting, even, but not a spoiler). Good to see different parts of London though, I'm tired to see Piccadilly Circus (which is only a touristic spot where Londoners don't really go often).
Overall an OK movie, wouldn't recommend anyone to go see it, it was probably unnecessary and didn't work as a solo character film.
