The story was fine. The pacing and editing of the episodes was excellent however, we watched it in one sitting and it flew by.
Worth the watch but I wouldn't watch it a second time.
Shockingly, the shenanigans of the fantasy Government in this series doesn't even compare the the level of high jinx our actual Tory Government are up to right now, it makes the series seem rather tame.

I saw the film advertised quite a while back whilst it was in the cinema. I'll be honest, I didn't know much about it before I saw the film but I thought it looked fairly good and I'm a big Brad Pitt fan.
Sadly, Killing Them Softly is an extremely mediocre film.
The cast is very good, The acting is sound, The story line is just very... mediocre, The killing/gun fight scenes are very... mediocre.
The over-long, drawn out dialogue scenes just didn't do it for me. They work in Tarantino films but they don't here.
5/10.
