Harry and his family are in the car ready to leave Provincetown. Suddenly, Harry feels the effect of the pill and desires to write immediately. He takes his computer and runs into the house to write as a lunatic. Alma tells her mother that she saw her father using a pill. A few hours later, Harry completes the pilot of the series. Doris asks whether he has taken speed, but he denies and offends Alma when he is confronted by his daughter. Later he apologizes for his attitude. Harry spends all the night writing without eating. Soon he completes the whole season, and Doris says that it is excellent. He goes to the market and buys only bloody meat. Karen confronts him saying that he used the pills. When he returns home, he drinks the blood and continues to write. Alma wishes to use one pill to improve and play the violin better. On the next day, Doris cuts her finger and Harry sucks the blood. He visits Austin and gives the pills to him. When he returns home, he learns from his agent Ursula Khan that his writing was successful and he will receive lots of money for his next work. However, he is not able to write and visits Austin again asking for the pills called Muse. He learns that only talented people improves and the others become the monsters he say on the street. Further, he needs to replace minerals by drinking human blood. And Ausin and Belle kills drug dealers and small-time thieves to replace the necessary blood. They visit a small thief, kill him and drink his blood. Meanwhile, Alma uses one of his hidden pills to improve in violin, and soon she has to pay a price.
"Pale" is an excellent episode, one of the best of AHS. Poor Doris, now living with a vampire family. The stubborn Alma now finds the price she needs to pay for taking the pill. The ambitious Harry has sold his soul for success. Austin Sommers and Belle Noir are certainly eviler than they seem to be. My vote is eight.

In Colombia, the cartel kingpin Jorge Lara (James Logan) is drowned by the assassin Arthur Bishop (Jason Statham) in his private swimming pool surrounded by his security, and they believe it was an accident. Bishop sneaks out of the mansion and returns to New Orleans where he lives. He meets his mentor and only friend Harry MacKenna (Donald Sutherland) at a cafeteria and receives his payment. Soon Bishop receives the assignment to kill Harry, and he questions his boss Dean (Tony Goldwyn). They schedule a meeting and Dean tells Bishop that Harry has sold out five assassins in Cape Town and now need to be eliminated. Further, he prefers Bishop than a stranger to kill Harry. Bishop accomplishes his assignment but when he stumbles with Harry's son Steve McKenna (Ben Foster), he learns that Steve wants to revenge his father and learn Bishop's skill. He decides to teach the impulsive Steve how to become a professional hit man. After a mission, Bishop will fly to New Orleans alone. While waiting for the flight, he sees a hit man supposedly murdered in Cape Town and learns the truth about Harry and Dean. Now his target becomes Dean and he teams up with Steve to revenge Harry.
"The Mechanic" (2011) is another great action movie by Jason Statham, maybe the best action hero in the present days. The remake of Charles Bronson's classic is well constructed and built by Jason Stratham and Ben Foster. The beautiful Mini Anden performs the romantic interest of Stratham, Donald Sutherland is the victim that will make Stratham decide to eliminate his boss and villain Tony Goldwyn in a good twist. The conclusion is a cliffhanger to the sequel. My vote is seven.

"Y2K" is definitely one of the worst movies ever made. First, the old-fashioned plot about the Millennium Bug, which is a non-occurring event that scared many people in the turn of the Twentieth-First Century. The story is neither funny, nor sci-fi. The plot expects to be funny, but it is not. Second, the cast with a fat teenager being attractive to teenage girls. Fat boys and teenagers are generally outcasts, especially at these ages. The dialogs are annoying, basically with slang and curses and very difficult to be followed. It is also amazing how Alicia Silverstone has aged. In the end, watching "Y2K" is a complete waste of time. My vote is three.
