Looking forward to this conversation with General Assembly! Future Skills: Engineering the Next Generation of AI Talent Your engineering team probably adopted a few new AI tools this quarter. Maybe your governance is still catching up. Maybe what worked in pilot mode is causing headaches in production. That's the reality most of us are navigating right now. On December 10, our Mark Polyak will join Jeff Bergin, PhD and Quintana P. to discuss how tech leaders are closing the gap between experimentation and AI expertise. We'll talk about: • How roles are shifting: which skills matter more now, which are fading, and which will always be essential • What training actually sticks and moves the needle on performance and retention • The difference between AI familiarity and real fluency • Where to draw the line between automation and human judgment when the stakes are high If you're leading a tech team and figuring out how to scale AI responsibly, you'll find this useful! At MINT.ai, campaign and channel performance data is the backbone of decision-making. But as the number of campaigns, media partners, and channels grows, so does the complexity of managing and analyzing it. That’s why the #ARM platform has been upgraded to a next-generation Data Warehouse Architecture built on Snowflake. So, how does this shift help teams unlock better, faster, and more reliable insights from their campaign and channel data? Let’s explore ⤵

Converting 77% AI Trust into Economic Advantage: The Global South's Hidden Asset Lorenzo Larini, CEO of MINT and AIFOD Senior Fellow, identifies a remarkable competitive advantage in the latest AIFOD Public Forum Session: developing nations hold significantly higher trust in AI than developed nations. "There is an asset currently in the Global South which is evident in the data. India, 78% of people trust in AI. China, 83%. Nigeria, 77%. Brazil, 74%. If you move to US, 39%. Canada, 40%." This trust advantage creates opportunity that regulation could easily destroy. High trust reduces friction in AI adoption, accelerating deployment across critical sectors. But Larini warns this asset is fragile: "It can be easily lost, deploying the wrong unethical services." His FAST framework Fair, Accountable, Secure, Transparent emerged from surveying hundreds of thousands of people about their actual experiences with AI systems. "These are the four ingredients that people expect when they interact with AI tools." Larini challenges assumptions about regulation: "There are two kinds of businesses. Either you are a criminal organization or you are in every other business. If you are not part of a criminal organization, being unethical will destroy your company." Market mechanisms already punish unethical AI in legitimate businesses faster than regulatory audits. His focus shifts to architecture over auditing: "Average large language models hallucinate about 20% of the time. With multi-LLMs model, multiple agents, it gets to around five to six percent."
