What is the situation relating to: 1. Intellectual property and distribution for the generated apps? 2. Liability for licensing and copyright issues brought against users stemming from plagiarised code that GitHub Copilot is known for? 3. GitHub and partners' access to and use of data, content, and personal information that users enter / submit into "their" apps? 4. Continued use of code / apps generated via Spark should GitHub or Microsoft subsequently change any terms, or close down the service?
