Introduction
The terms formerly contained in the "Online Services Terms" have been moved into the "Product Terms" and no longer exist as a standalone document. The unified Product Terms are incorporated by reference into agreements governing Customer's use of Microsoft Products and Professional Services. Updates that Microsoft makes from time to time to Use Rights apply to Customer as set forth in Customer's agreement.
All references to the following terms in applicable Microsoft agreements now refer to corresponding sections in the Product Terms, or to linked content within the Product Terms.

Getting Started
To find your terms, use the navigation bar on the side or search for the Product by name using the search bar. Generally, you will start at Product Offerings, then navigate to one of the listed Products or Online Services to view the terms that apply to its use. To view the applicable terms, you must select a Program. By default, you will see the most current published terms, but you may select prior publications in the date selector. For more details and a list of frequently asked questions, please refer to the Product Terms FAQ.
The side navigation has three categories:
- Product Terms describe the license terms & Use Rights of Products and Services available through Microsoft Volume Licensing Programs.
- Other Documents are related legal materials referenced within the Product Terms.
- Licensing Resources provides direct links to additional resources and information that are related to your Products & Services.
In addition to the Licensing Resources in the navigation, the Licensing Resources and Documents site allows browsing of related information and resources for reference purposes and are not considered part of the Product Terms unless specifically stated. The Licensing Resources and Documents site is for additional supporting licensing information such as, access to historical versions of the Archived Product Terms and Archived Online Services Terms.
