Describe the information that have to be disclosed by the tenderer's estimator to the material suppliers to obtain a competent quotations from the suppliers to minimise future arguments. (15 marks)

Explain 2 no. types of alternative methods of building procurement giving advantages and disadvantages of each method. ( 25 marks) The following is the B.O.Q page of a Tender for huge machine foundations project . Copy this page in your answer script and attend all the arithmetical errors and proposed the percentage adjustment to be done to the all items, other than fixed sums allowed for Preliminaries and Provisional Sums , in order to eliminate these errors (25 marks)
