In this phase you plan your project and lay the foundations for successful implementation. It is at stage that you make the strategic decisions crucial to your project: o Define your project goals and objectives o Clarify the scope of your implementation o Define your project schedule, budget plan, and implementation sequence o Establish the project organi ation and relevant committees and assign resources this
Business Blueprint: In this phase you create a blueprint using the !uestion " #ns$er database %!"#db&, $hich documents your enterprise's requirements and establishes ho$ your business processes and organi ational structure are to be represented in the (#) (ystem. *ou also refine the original project goals and objectives and revise the overall project schedule in this phase
