Advertisement Project using PowerPoint

Use PowerPoint to design an advertisement for the product that you


designed for your web page.
1. Describe the product and how it is used.
2. Make the add relate to the proper target environment. Is the project
geared toward the elderly, young children, adolescents, men or
women?
3. Show an illustration of your product. Use Microsoft Paint to draw the
product, or find a similar illustration on the internet and modify to be
your product using Paint. YOU must create the illustration!
4. Create a graph that shows sales projections over the next twelve
months. This graph must be created in Excel and then added to the
slide show.
5. You must decide a cost for your product, and justify the price.
(Explain why you chose that amount for the price!)
6. You must choose a descriptor slogan, motto, or a logo for your
product. This must be included in your presentation.
7. You must create an advertisement for the product. It could be a
television commercial, newspaper article, or a billboard. This will be
included in the slide show.
The following are additional requirements for the slide show:
a. The slide show must have at least 10 slides.
b. You must have custom backgrounds not templates.
c. You need at least five pictures or clip arts.
d. You need at least one chart.
e. You must have at least one hyperlink, this could be within the
show, onto the Internet, or to your previously created web page.
f. You must have animations in your slide show.
g. You must have animated transitions between your slides.
h. You must have sound in your presentation.
i. You will show the presentation to the class.
