A farmer planted turnips and one turnip grew exceptionally large. The farmer, his wife, daughter, dog, cat, and mouse all tried to pull up the giant turnip but could not until they worked together, finally freeing the enormous vegetable from the ground. The farmer's wife then made turnip soup to share with everyone.

Once upon a time, a farmer planted some turnips.

One of the turnips didnt stop growing. It grew...

And grew...

And grew...

And grew...

... Until it was a great big turnip! The biggest the farmer had ever seen!

Mouse

The farmer tried to pull the turnip.

The farmer and the farmers wife tried to pull the turnip.

The girl tried to help pull the turnip.

The dog helped to pull the turnip.

The cat helped to pull the turnip.

The mouse helped to pull the turnip.

Suddenly, the turnip was pulled from the ground.

The farmers wife made turnip soup for everyone.
