GENERAL OBJECTIVES:

At the end of the two hours of case presentation, the learners will be able to gain
knowledge and understanding about the Nervous System and the causes of patients
with meningitis. Learners will also understand the treatments and the relation from what
we have learned from Theoretical Foundations in Nursing and Medical and Surgical
Nursing.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the two hours of case presentation, the learners will be able to:

Discuss our patients demographic data


Identify the complications with our assessment in our priority patient
Understand our Theoretical Framework that can relate for our patient
Compare the Normal anatomy and physiology of affected body organs from the
pathophysiology of the complication
Interpret and understand the Doctors Order
Understand the significance of Laboratory Results
Discuss the formulated ideal and actual Nursing Care Plans
Tackle our Health Teachings essential for our patient
Share with what the learners have understood over-all in our Case Presentation
