PEER OBSERVATION: AREA OF FOCUS
The observation will be focus on the whole lesson about the plant. My mate focus on the students when they explore the
parts of seeds to let the students understand.
Observed Strengths:
Start her class by organize the tables for the students by but
the stickers.
Using video to engage the students at the beginning of the
class.
Suggestions for further development:
You should to cover this all the students are listening to the
instructions.
Give the students to do the activity more time.
Materials that she use it for the class are so involve the
students on the activity.
PowerPoint is so clear for the students because the students
was so participation with the teacher.

I was so excited to observe my colleague for the first time, the strategies she used was so fabulous. Focusing was on the
classroom management my colleague can good of that to manage the students. I talk with my friend about what the strength
and weakness, and discussing about the new methods to provide her class next.
