1. We have financing facilities available!


2. You have projects available for utilising the financing facilities!
3. The financing is up to 80% Grant!!!!!!
4. World Bank is prepared to grant a waiver if 20% are financed by commercial credit!!!!
5. But in any case, also state to state loans are available for 100% financing!!!!!!
6. We have the support the European Governments and from the Embassies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

• What happened to the technical school project?


• What happened to the Benshangul Gumuz Regional State (BGRS) bridge project?
• Does Ethiopian Roads Authority (ERA) require “bailey” (Panel) bridges?
• The Ethanol Plant is gone – does SUGAR FACTORY require any bridges?
• Is their any requirement for airport communication equipment?
• Water Supply and swerage system...
• A.s.o. ………

MANY OPPORTUNITIES BUT no project…………

This has reference to your letter ref N o


SSC/ED/K.Y.P/ 045/07ddNov. 12, 2007 the expense of additional person who travels for
inspection for two week will be ETB52, 973.95(fifty two thousands nine hundred and
95cents)

This includes, round trip air ticket hotel accommodation during his stay abroad, enter city
travel costs, food and related expenses; insurance cover for Euro 30,000.00; visa fee and
other handing costs.

Please note that we have absorbed partial expenses to facilitate necessary needs. We will
invoice the above figure to your convenience, please confirm acceptance of same for our
reference.
