Understand the control logic and its valid reasoning. Smooth operation of plant by adjusting the process control variable according to SOP. Maintaining the record of plant operating parameters for best communication. To handle the start up & shut down activities. To control plant maintenance under the safety environment. Strictly application of personal & equipment safety. Execution of Permit to work system for safely handling over jobs. Deep understanding with the equipment details & routine behavior. Suggest the suitable modification in working procedures to eliminate the hazard &to improve the performance of various equipment. Monitoring of process plant parameters. Sound knowledge of the safety precautions & standard used during the time of catastrophic conditions operating procedures.
