Primary Steel: All primary steel members shall be cleaned by cub brush/ wire brush and painted at our factory with two coats of red oxide primer. Secondary Steel: Roof Purlins, wall girts shall be cold formed from MS steel coils.

Section 7: Standard Supplied Items
The following is a list of materials which are normally supplied with our buildings unless mentioned otherwise: Anchor bolts for rigid frames, end wall posts. High Strength connection bolts for connection of all primary and secondary members. Eave gutters & downspouts for rain water drainage. All necessary flashing & trims for finishing work of roof and wall sheeting and accessories. Self drilling fasteners for roof and wall sheeting and accessories.

9.1
PAYMENT TERMS: Client to establish confirmed irrevocable letter of credit negotiable at sight.
9.2
ADDITIONAL WORKS: Additional works will be carried out only on clearly defined written instructions by the client and will be changed at the prevailing rates at time required to carry out such construction works will not be a part of the main contract period.
9.3
VALIDITY OF THE OFFER: This offer is valid up to 14 calendar days from the above noted date. Any extension of validity by Build Trade must be in writing.
9.4
CHANGES/REVISIONS: Any change and /or revision to the above stated scope of work may lead to a variation in the price and delivery period. A change must not hold payment for work in the original contract.
9.5
VAT/ TAX: This offer is considered excluding Vat or Tax.
9.6
ASSUMPTIONS, DEVIATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS: This offer excludes Windows, Foundations and other civil and electrical works.
9.7
ERECTION: Necessary electricity for erection of the building should be provided by the client. Erection schedule stated in section 9 (nine) is based on the uninterrupted power supply at site.
