Cancellations made up to 28 days prior to the event will be subject to an administration fee of 50. Cancellations
made 27-14 days prior to the event will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%. Cancellations made thereafter will
be subject to the full event fee, however a substitute delegate can be named at any time. Prices apply to bookings
made prior to 31st December 2014. Payment is due at the end of the month following a booking confirmation - ABB
reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment is not made by this date. Accommodation is not included in the
