any frills, but the amount of leg room is decent. If you're looking to fly with a low cost airline, IndiGo
offers excellent value for money. The limit for check-in baggage is 15 kilograms. Indigo believes that it

(Proficiency Check, Requalification, etc.) prior to beginning employment with IndiGo.

Annual bonus: Profit sharing after 24 months. If the company meets profitably goals,
Employee will receive 5% of yearly Fixed Salary (i.e.: 5% of all pay other than Overtime pay).
Reimbursement of expenses incurred up to INR 5000/- per Indian medical as required to keep
their license renewed as per DGCA India requirements.
IndiGo bears the entire contribution towards Provident Fund (PF), and consequently no
deduction from the monthly pay towards PF.

6/2 rotations (at the request of some expats).


Four free round trips per rotation cycle.
Free accommodation equivalent to $1,300/- USD.
Expats consistently earn overtime amounting to $3000/month USD.

Option 1: When accompanied with spouse/companion IndiGo


shall provide a two bedroom furnished apartment for each and
every day he/she is on assignment. The Pilot will be responsible
to pay his utilities (energy), telephone, and internet bills.
Option 2: For unaccompanied Pilots, IndiGo will provide a one
bedroom fully furnished service apartment. The Pilot will be
responsible to pay his utilities (energy), telephone, and internet
bills.
Option 3: For those Pilots that elect NOT to stay in IndiGo
provided accommodations, those Pilots shall be provided with a
housing allowance at the rate of 60,000 Rupees ($1,353 USD)
gross per month on pro-rata basis.

Transportation Allowance:

Transportation provided by Company to/from airport

80 scheduled flight hours per month

Meals:

Snacks and light meals on board aircraft

Per Diem:

Provided for layovers. Amount is based on layover location.

For those pilots that elect to stay in IndiGo provided accommodations, IndiGo will be deducting a sum
of Indian Rupee equivalent of $1,500 USD in three installments spread over 3 months from pilots
monthly compensation starting from the first month towards the Security Deposit for said
accommodations. This amount will be returned to the pilot at the end of his employment term after
adjusting any damage over and above normal wear and tear and unpaid dues under the terms of the
relevant company lease deed.

Travel Benefits:

1. Space available tickets for Pilot, Spouse, and Children as per


IndiGo company policy2
2. Four (4) Economy roundtrip tickets will be provided to a Pilot
on an airline of IndiGos choosing to / from pilots home country
coinciding with his OFF rotation.3

Pilot Qualifications:

1. The Pilot shall arrange and be responsible for the cost of


his/her training and licensing requirements / clearances as may
be required by any Indian Civil Aviation Authority prior to
undertaking the specified services of the Working Agreement.
2. After commencing employment under the Working
Agreement, IndiGo will reimburse the Pilots costs towards
Proficiency Check, for any license renewal requirement of the
Pilot, outside India as required by DGCA India.
3. The Pilot shall bear the cost of issuance and renewal of
Employment Visas (E-Visa). IndiGo will provide necessary
documents and assistance to this effect.

The tickets may be used for the Pilot or his/her family members/ The number of tickets is the total
amount allotted for the Pilot to use for himself/herself, his/her family, or any combination thereof (i.e.:
a Pilot may obtain 2 tickets for himself/herself and 2 for his/her spouse. At this stage, he/she would
have exhausted the total number of tickets available to him/her).
