NOTICE
1.

No person will be permitted into the premises of the High Court


without proof of identity and proof of cause to entry.

2.

Entry of the Advocates into the premises of the High Court will
not be permitted unless accompanied by a Photo Identity card
issued either by the Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh or by the
Andhra Pradesh High Court Advocates Association, and having a
case in a particular court.

3.

Entry of the Staff of the High Court into the premises of the High
Court will not be permitted without Photo Identity card issued by
the High Court.

4.

Identity cards will be verified at the entry gate of the High Court.

5.

Above measures of clauses 1, 2 and 3 shall be followed at the


entry of the individual court room.

6.

Disruption of Court proceedings in any manner including slogan


shouting within the premises is prohibited, in breach thereof
appropriate legal measures will be taken then and there.

7.

All the Advocates of the High Court are requested to cooperate


for smooth functioning of the Court proceedings.

8.

For any grievance, the person(s) concerned may approach the


Registrar General or the Officer authorized by the Registrar
General.

the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Public Interest Litigation Rules, 2015 which are
published in the Telangana Gazette dated 2.9.2015. These Rules shall come into force on and
from the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

A copy of the said Gazette

Notification has also been placed on the official website of the High Court of Judicature at
Hyderabad for information.
