1. Introduction
Self reflection refers to report the learning and experiences gained throughout an
activity or project. Self refection enables individuals to demonstrate what they have
learned and experienced over a course of time. In this reflective report, I have
demonstrated my personal experience of last two years. In this regard, learning gained
through academic experiences has been demonstrated. In addition, I have also reported
my weaknesses and strengths over the last two years. Finally, a self development plan
has been developed which reflects that how can I improve my weak areas across
several areas.
2. Reflection on experiences of education and training during the past two
years
Reflection is highly familiar and natural process. During the academic course of action,
students take exams, write assignments and papers, answer questions and take part in
classroom discussions and team work. These exercises and exams are an important
source of learning and development. Reflection is an important source of development.
Just like academic courses, experiences in personal life are also important sources of
learning and experiencing new ideas.
During the last two years, I have also
experienced learning about critical theoretical concepts, models and theories.
These
models and theoretical concepts have transformed my learning from the academic
aspects of organizational aspects because I have implemented the theocratic aspects in
real life projects.
While reflecting on my educational experience in the last two years, I pay high gratitude
to my teachers who have transformed their experiences and made me to learn the
academic concepts and subjects and also to learn new skills.
During the last two years, I have experienced many instances when my decision making
skills have improved to a great extent. I had to develop several assignments and
reports. In addition, another activity experienced dusting this course of time was
delivering presentations. The experience of delivering presentations has improved my
skills to face the audience and answer their questions. While delivering presentations,
my interpersonal and communication skills have also improved to a large extent. In the
activity to deliver a presentation, I became able to learn my strengths and weaknesses
in presentation and communication skills.
Besides academic learning and experiences, I have also worked individually as well as
in teams.
The team work experience was very helpful for me to assess my
communication and interpersonal skills. I communicated with other team members,
discussed my point of view, and also taken others views and concepts. Consequently, I
learned how to remain assertive and active while communicating with others.
Overall, my experience of the last two years has dispersed in several aspects and
environments. I have developed a wide range of professional and practical skills during
last two years. I have become able to manage and work in challenging environments,
communicate with others in a highly professional conduct, and accomplish the tasks
timely. Moreover, I have become highly creative and enjoyed working with others.
Moreover, my ability to work with others, motivate and inspire others and organize my
responsibilities has improved significantly.
3. A structured reflection on your development in the last two years including
key lessons learned
During the last two years, I have learned several important skills and concepts along
with communication and interpersonal skills. Moreover, during the last two years, my
academic skills have transformed from an academic perspective of a professional
individual who can manage tasks, communicate with others and implement academic
aspects and concepts into professional tasks.
I have also been working in an organization as a part time employee while continuing
my studies in the last two years. Although this was a part time job and provided me
limited opportunities to learn but I have become able to learn different professional and
team work practices. The learning which I gained through lectures, assignments and
professional tasks has assisted me to develop myself and perceive personal growth.
During the course of time, my time management and delegation skills have also
improved and developed.
During the last two years, my presentation skills and written skills have also improved. I
have undertaken several projects and reports. Consequently, my report writing,
referencing and analytical skills have also improved to a large extent. Undertaking
projects and reports have enabled me to transform and implement the academic
concepts to organizational lives. Consequently, I can say that in my professional career,
I would be able to implement all these skills and academic concepts with high precision
to attain sustainable success.
During the last two years, I have gone through number of instances which exposed my
weaknesses and strengths in different respects. One of the major weaknesses which I
observed is the reluctance to say what I intend. In addition, my time management skills
and including skills are also not highly developed. Hence, I can say that in order to
achieve success in the professional field, I need to develop effective plans for
overcoming my weaknesses.

Conclusion
In conclusion, I can say that during last two years, I have learned important academic
concepts and theories. In addition to academic learning, my time management,
presentation and communication skills have also improved. I can say that if I adhere to
the above self development plan, I can gain significant improvement in time
management, persuasion, stress management and team management skills.
