Terms and Condition


1. Delivery shall be made after 5 working days upon purchase order from customer and is subjected to
stock/parts availability. Please allow additional estimated of 7 days for non-stock parts ordering. Once parts order
has been processed, cancellation of order is not allowed.
2. A nominal diagnostic fees will be charged should the customer cancel or do not wish to proceed with the repair.
All Out-Of-Warranty Apple Service Parts covers a limited 90 days warranty. Apple Warranty covers hardware only.
3. Software including OS and Applications are not covered. Please refer to

Repairing will be carried out according to the parts stated above. If we found other required parts replacement
during the repairing process, we will furnish additional quotation which is also subjected to the nominal disgnostic
4. fees stated in term (2).
In the event if the parts required are no longer available due to obsolescence, the item will returned unrepaired.
The customer is responsible for backing up their data. SNS will not be liable or responsible for any data loss.
