MULTI- PURPOSE MECHANICAL MACHINE

INTRODUCTION :
Multi- Purpose Mechanical Machine or MPMM as we call it is a machine
that is made especially for the small scale industries where labors
working are have very little technical knowledge.
It performs multiple operation simultaneously, giving the workers more
opportunity to perform their work quickly and efficiently without the
hassle of using different machines for performing different operations on
workpiece. It has four arms on which four different operations are
performed.
FEATURES :
It can perform drilling operation for drilling the holes
It can perform grinding operation for finishing of workpiece,
sharpening of tools, etc.
It performs milling operation with the help of an abrasive blade
which can even cut iron, wood, etc.
It has two slide horizontal and vertical on which a work piece holder
is mounted. These slides gives workpiece a broader area for
movement in any position when operation is done.
The fourth arm is left for telling that many other operation can be
performed on it according to our need such as buffing, slotting, etc.
For vertical feed we have used a hydraulic piston which is powered
by a compressor and controlled by pneumatic valve. This comes
handy when drilling holes of different sizes.
It is a very potable machine and you can choose to do operations
according to your choice.
It is lightweight, energy efficient and also cost efficient.

CONCLUSION :
This project has wide range of scope in the small scale industries. In
coming future, this type of lightweight and potable machine will be
implemented in every small and large scale industries.
This type of machine can be used by anyone due to its simplicity of
working and doing wide range of operations.
