1-I went to Aldarari kindergarten in Sharjah. It
is located in Aldarari area. The school girls are
more than boys. Each class has 24 students.
They use the MOE curriculum and their
curriculum changed while we were in school
(the Arabic curriculum only).For stories, the
teacher used famous stories to read for the
students like the hungry caterpillar.
Students study Arabic, English, and Math,
Science, social studies, and Islamic studies.
2-I enjoyed my involvement in the classroom
with the students. The MST treated me like a
real teacher, and she let me do some tasks
like assessing students, and we did discuss
some ideas to benefit from each other for
activities. The students were lovely, and they
respected me as a teacher. The teacher never
made me feel pressure and she always gave
me feedback and some tips that would benefit
me.
3- The first challenge I faced was trying to get
involved because I was too shy. The teachers
helped me out because they were so nice to
me. Teaching students for the first time was
another challenge. I didnt have a plan when I
taught them for the first time, nor a topic but
the teacher gave me this opportunity so I
would be able to practice before teaching the
students a real lesson. I wasnt able to
manage the classroom well, but when I taught
them the next day I managed the students
well and the lesson was very smooth and clear

7-Before planning the lesson, I sat with my
MST and she explained to me the way she
plans her lesson and how does she interact
with the students and what is required to
achieve by the end of the lesson. She
suggests some activities to me. She has
