Course Description: This course focuses on leadership development in the Corporate world.
The topics include development of leadership skills at personal level and team level, coaching
employees to improve performance, organizational leadership, ethics involved, performance
management and new recruit management

Ethical leadership (boundaries to operate; acceptable vs. unacceptable
behavior); Motivation (difference between maintenance and motivation,
using tangible and intangible awards, focus on sense of belonging and
importance); Planning (with limited resources, steps involved in the
planning process); Strategic Planning (Identify key activities for
organization, organize key activities into short-term and long-term goals);
