Subject: Meeting Room Quotation

Dear Mr. Adel Abuhaimed.

Thank you for your interest in our hotel facilities and services. Further to our communication today
with concern to your upcoming event on 05/04/2017 kindly find our detailed proposal for your review
and confirmation:

Day & date of event : Sunday, 16th 17th 18th Apr.2017


Type of Event : Meeting & Tow Coffee Break.
Timing : From 04:00 PM to 09:00 PM
Minimum Guaranteed Attends : 15 persons.

Venue & Set Up:


A registration desk will be set up near the entrance. Round tables facing the screen with meeting
set up standard along with a head table for the instructor will be arranged on the side. A coffee
station will be set up at the back. Your meal venue will be served in buffet style at our MOZART
restaurant located on the ground floor lobby level unless a private meal venue is assigned and
confirmed. Please advise in writing if you wish to have different arrangements

We will assign an event room based on the contracted number of attendees and set up. In the
event of alterations to these the hotel reserves the right to relocate your event to an appropriately
sized space. Event rooms will be reserved for the times indicated above, should you require
additional set up or break down times, please do advice prior to confirming your event.

Audio-Visual Requirement:
The hotel will provide upon your written confirmation the following equipment (when applicable) on
complimentary basis: Screen / Projector / Wireless microphone / Flip chart with marker

Charges:
We are happy to extend our special rate of SR. 160.00 net per person inclusive of food, beverage
and main venue and free continuously Tea and Coffee during the Meeting.

Sub-Contractors:
Please advise the company name/s and contact person/s authorized from your side. Please note
full coordination is necessary with our engineering department prior to the booking date. Any
damages to hotel property will fall under the responsibility of focal point

Banners and related materials:


Please advise if you have any material that requires our maintenance department assistance well in
advance. We do not allow any glue or nail use in any of our banquet space. In addition, if you wish
to display any advertising material outside your designated area or in hotel lobby we will require to
coordinate with banqueting management for final review

Please note, failure to obtain permission will result in automatic cancellation of the event

Liability
The Hotel will not be responsible for any losses and/or damages of any personal belongings or
private equipment brought and left in the event venue or in public areas. The client will be liable for
charges on at least the guaranteed number of guests or actual guest count whichever is higher.

Status of booking:
The required space in booked tentatively. In order to secure the space and booking, we will require
your signature and company stamp on this offer latest by: Dec 31th 2017

Cancellation:
Cancellation and or change of event date in 15 days or less prior to date of the event will result in
%90 charge of total minimum guaranteed amount.

Payment method:
As your esteemed organization does not have a credit facility with our hotel, advanced full payment
is required.
