Notebook Rubrick (English)

This document provides a rubric for grading a science notebook with categories for neatness, organization, content accuracy, required elements, illustrations/diagrams, questions and exercises, and lab worksheets. The rubric assigns point values from 20 to 5 based on criteria within each category, with 20 being fully meeting the criteria and 5 being poorly meeting the criteria. For example, for neatness and organization, a score of 20 requires neat handwriting, organized in an easy-to-understand format using at least 3 colors, while a score of 5 requires sloppy handwriting that is hard to read and difficult to follow organization.
