Experience in VMware, IIS
Powershell - (Experience in Power Shell Scripting related to
server administration) (Is a Plus)
Timings : Shift windows is between 6.30 am to 11pm
Candidate should be flexible with rotational shift
Educational Qualification: B Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, BSC, MSC
Requirements:
Strong Knowledge about on Windows and VMware
Windows server management ,troubleshooting skills
Should be good in IIS troubleshooting
Candidate should have strong knowledge on Windows server 2003, 2008 and 2012 OS
Should have strong knowledge on Windows physical and virtual server environment
Experience in Power Shell 4/5 Scripting related to server administration
Good knowledge on WMI Scripting (Windows Management Instrumentation)
Should have hands on experience on VMware
Experience on load balancing i.e. Netscaler or F5
Should have ITIL process knowledge.
Good conversational and written English ability
Technical Skills Required: Windows, VMware
Programming Languages: PowerShell/VB/Perl Scripting (optional)
Operating Systems Windows Server Series and VMware
Tools All Remote and Server tools
Certifications MCSE/ VMware / Any Microsoft System Certification (Is a Plus)

Job Description (Overview of Role)
Operational Break-fix windows servers / application support by16X7 for a critical business
function.
Support hours includes weekends and holidays shifts
Interaction with application and other support teams to resolve production issues through bridge
line
Responsibilities:
Handling Incident Management and application monitoring tool
Troubleshoot Application, Operating System and Hardware related issues
Provides support utilizing monitoring tools and diagnostic methods.
Monitors and tunes the system to achieve optimum performance levels.
Responsible for provide break fix.
Coordinate with vendors (IBM, HP, Microsoft ) to resolve vendor specific issues.
Responsible for monitoring of all the servers for Hardware issues via IBM Director & HPIM.
Responsible for implement changes.
Support all environments (Production/Contingency/Dev)
Coordinate with Application teams to provide fix/support for windows servers.
