Past Simple Question Formation Exercise

This document provides an exercise to practice forming questions in the past simple tense by rearranging jumbled sentences. Learners are given example sentences and are prompted to turn 10 sentence fragments into past simple questions by rearranging the order of the words and adding interrogative words like "did" and "do". The questions ask about whether Bill arrived on time, if the learner knew something, if Marion was at a party, and more, to practice creating grammatically correct past tense questions.
