Internship Monthly Evaluation Form

4) Any comments/suggestions on the skills development of the interns? Do you think you were given
enough time to acquire the skills needed to perform certain tasks? What other skill/s would you like
to develop?

I am very happy with my assignments, as it is very diverse and comprises different fields with
different scopes of work. I think I am given enough time to perform tasks; I'd like to learn how
to use ETABS.

LEARNING/MENTORSHIP
5) Among the engineers that have mentored you along the way, who would you like to emulate /
consider as most influential for this month and why?
To be completely honest, Patrick Selda has been the most influential person that have mentored me
along the way. I appreciate his concern on the quality of the work, and the purpose of what we're
doing. I also like how meticulous he is on checking reports. I really like how he works, and for me, he is
very inspiring.

6) State the most memorable / best learning experience of your internship during this month.

I had been assigned to a Geotechnical project that is part of the company's CSR. The project
(OBCCS School) caters to disadvantaged children, and it is very fulfilling and inspiring to work
on a project that truly has a good purpose.

7) Comments/Suggestions on the mentorship scheme.

The mentors are friends and I love it

8) During this month, what did you like most about your job? The least?
What I liked was I was assigned to a variety of projects. I think I learned a lot for this month.

9) List down problems encountered and corresponding possible solution/improvement for each
problem.
I took a vacation leave and no one else was assigned to do my work, so I felt rushed when I
got back. But it was okay.
