REPLY TO THE LETTER DATED 13 AUGUST 2019

Pursuant to the letter dated August 13, 2019 which I received


August 16, 2019 (Friday), this honorable office given a period of five
days to comply from receipt hereof to submit reply;

Considering that August 17 and 18, 2019 was a non-working


day and August 21, 2019 was a legal holiday thus I have a period to
submit herein reply until August 23, 2019.

You and the respondents in this case so that we can formally


discuss the issues raise and see if there is a possibility of settlement.

That I believe the meeting will help to present my case directly


to you so that you can also have a better understanding of the nature
of our complaint.
