Facts of the case:
In 10:30 p.m. the brgy chairman of san antonio ormoc city reported in our police station that
there is shooting encident happining in thier located brgy , therfore the victim known as ANTONIO
P, LINA 30 years old, employee, married a resident of brgy san antonio ormoc city . That the said
victim shoot of MARIO SANTIAGO the suspect . The victim have 3 shoot wound on his body and
one on his head That the cause of unconsious of ANTONIO P, LINA

On december 30 , 2019 in about 10:30 in the evening shooting incedent hapened in
brgy, san antonio ormoc city , Wherein the victim ANTONIO P, LINA 30yr old
employee ,married , a resedent of brgy, san antonio ormoc city ,was shotout by
suspect one MARIO SANTIAGO 32yr old , jobless, a resident of brgy ipil ormoc city,
The victim contained 3 gun shoot wound that cause of death of the victim, the
suspect arrested after we got the warrant of arrest . The weapon he use is 38 calibre
under the costudy of the investigators office .. The dead body was move to the ST.
Peter funeral service for autopsy examination.
The motive of the suspect is thier old grudges base on the follow-up investigation
that we conduct.

DYING DECLAIRATION
Im ANTONIO P, LINA 30 years old , live in brgy san antonio
ormoc city, I was shoot by MARIO SANTIAGO while i was going
out to my car i saw MARIO SANTIAGO standing in the front of
my house and he looking at me and get his gun in her bag . I
shock and i cant move he took the gun in my body and
immediatly he shoot me for 3 times i dont know why he shoot
me but i admit that there will be an old grudges between us but
i dont know if it is the motive why he shoot me.
