Semi-Detailed Lesson Plan: Objective

This lesson plan is for a 1 hour and 30 minute class on food packaging for BSED TLE 3W5 students. The objective is for students to classify packaging materials, distinguish similarities and differences through a presentation, discuss appropriate packaging uses, and value suitable packaging for different products. The lesson will define packaging purposes and levels, show packaging examples in a video and pictures, and allow students to examine real packaging materials.
