Understand and use of tag questions, identify the different ways to make questions using the
tag form and apply them in real context.

Context for Learning


Formal classroom settings, foreign language context.

Instructional Delivery
Opening Activities/Motivation:
The teachers ask how was their previous class, and ask them whether they like English or not
and listen to them.

Procedures:
Teacher’s role: (10 minutes)
1. The teachers greet students.
2. The teachers introduce the topic tag question by asking the students if they have
heard about it before.
3. The teachers explain the theoretical part of the topic.
4. The teachers give examples of the new topic.
5. Teacher answers students’ questions about the topic, in case of doubts.
6. Teacher explain the exercises.
7. Teachers assist students during doing the exercise.
Student´s role: (20 minutes)
1. Students listen to the teacher’s explanation.
2. Students ask question, if doubts
3. Students develop the exercise

Assessment/Evaluation (Formative/Summative)
In ten minutes, teacher will evaluate students by asking them to write down the correct
answer on the board. Each student will step ahead and participate.

Closure: The teacher asks the students to develop some exercises at home for next class, and
revise the given theory.

The teachers ask how was their previous class, and ask them who wants to go to the university
after graduating. The teachers tell the students that there will be a prize at the end of the
class for the ones who participate actively.

have heard about them before.

will have to give the teacher the sheet of paper with all the exercises developed.
Closure: The teacher asks the students to develop some exercises at home for next class, and
revise the given theory. Also, that the activity they have done will be received next class.
