FINAL DEMAND FOR PAYMENT

Madam/Sir

I am writing on behalf of my client SANTIAGO G. ESTILONG.

Due to your contineous default in payment, my client has finally decided to take
appropriate legal action to recover her lost for non payment of your obligation amounting now
to NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (9500)

Consequently, we are demanding you to pay your obligation within ten (5) days
from receipt hereof to avoid criminal prosecution.

We are granting you this last chance to avail of an out-of- court settlement, otherwise
FINAL DEMAND is hereby made for the settlement of your unperformed and unpaid obligation
prior to the actual filing of a complaint against you WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE.

Please be warned that the intended court cases would cost you additional 20% of the
total amount due to be added to the amount demanded from you.

Please give this matter your preferential and prompt attention.
