PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
A young engineer holding a foreign Master’s degree with hands on professional experience on newly
commissioned coal fired power plant supercritical technology, complex having a total capacity of
1320MW and 2031.7 Tons/hr steam generator. Further, completed five month overseas training along
with training on Simulator at 2x600MW Coal fired power plant with a supercritical technology and
certified as an Excellent Performance throughout the training. In addition, I have two years hands on
experience on Maintenance of Neutralized Spray Drying detergent plant of Unilever Pakistan.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Hub Power Service Limited, HUBCO (2x660 MW)
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Maintenance Department), From July, 2018 to present
Working as a Maintenance Engineer with CPHGC at newly commissioned IPP Coal fired Power
Plant. Complex comprises two GE steam turbine of around 660MW each. I have been deputed for
project and maintenance related activities. I am leading maintenance team including Supervisors,
Technicians and Sub Contractors and reporting to the maintenance manager.
My main responsibility is to maintain and ensure the continuous operation of the plant
equipment such as Steam turbine, boiler and their auxiliaries. Auxiliaries include: Fans,
Pumps, Coal mill, Coal feeders, centrifugal compressors, heat exchangers, pre-heaters etc.
Responsible for conducting periodic maintenance, preventive maintenance, routine
inspection as per OEM recommendation or prudent industrial practice. Developing a work
schedule, setting priorities of work, monitoring progress and tracking maintenance related
activities. Ensure that the work should be completed within the defined timeline.
Responsible for troubleshooting and identifying faults, investigating equipment
breakdowns via RCA tool and monitoring the performance of equipment after repairs have
been carried out.
Performing Reliability Centered Maintenance session as and when required.
Responsible for the manpower management in major/minor outage of turbine, boiler and
their auxiliaries.
Responsible for the HSE compliance through RA and PTW system. Strict monitoring of
maintenance KPIs, ensuring optimum MTTR and MTBF..
Having a very good knowledge of MS-Office and CMMS
Actively participating in the Job Hazard Analysis and ensuring every team member
complies with all Safety Procedures and applicable task-oriented job safety analysis.

Responsible for effective predictive and preventive maintenance planning as as per OEM
recommendation. Also responsible for the execution of maintenance along with operation

Monitoring of KPIs and make sure to optimize MTTR, MTBF and capacity utilization.

96% and breakdown up to 80% and Risk Assessment of Packaging plant carried out.
Implemented SMED Principle on 01kg Surf Excel & 500Gm Surf Excel SKUs which
reduced changeover time up to 10 minutes.
Installation of conveying system from production floor to FG warehouse which reduced
06 manpower.
