WEEKLY Reflection Questions (100+ words total between both questions)
1. What was the most challenging exercise from your workouts on the app this week? Please provide an
explanation on how you can improve your ability to do this exercise in the future.
The most challenging exercise for me was the alternating lunge jumps. These were difficult because my quads
were already very fatigued and my left knee can give me some problems at times. I had a knee scope done a
few years back and could use additional strengthening around the knee joint to decrease pain. This will allow
me to improve my ability to do alternating lunge jumps in the future.
2. Based on your habits this week, how can you help better prevent the spread of the coronavirus?
It has been a transition as I learn my new life rhythm with the restrictions involving the coronavirus. One thing I
can do is limit my trips to the grocery store. With more planning I can get more necessities in one trip rather
than making multiple trips throughout the week. This will allow me to limit my interactions with those who might
be infected and help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
