NaOH Titration Data and Analysis

This document presents the results of an experiment investigating the reaction between sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and ethyl acetate (Et(Ac)) in a continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR) under various flow rates. The results show that increasing the flow rate of NaOH and Et(Ac) decreases the residence time and increases the conversion rate. Across six trials at different flow rates, the conversion rates ranged from 93.8% to 96.9% while the residence times decreased from 0.672 to 4.082 minutes as the flow rates increased. A graph of residence time versus conversion shows an inverse relationship between the two variables.
