When User Doesn't Give Any CONSENT - SUB.TYPE, It Is Throwing User Defined Error As Shown Below

When no consent subtype is provided, a user defined error is thrown. When a value from the available dropdown is provided, a core error is thrown, and the same error occurs in the core application. The AA screen has an alignment issue where a highlighted field needs to be placed under Source and a heading needs to move right. The layout also needs changes where the Customer Panel should be first, followed by the Data Protection Consent Panel. The Consent Given field currently defaults to NO, but it could be made a hot field or null instead.

Issue 1:

When user doesn’t give any CONSENT.SUB.TYPE, it is throwing user defined error as shown below.
When user input’s the value in CONSENT.SUB.TYPE available in the dropbox, it is throwing a core issue
as below.
I have checked the core application AA.PRD.DES.CDP.CONSENT and validated it. It is throwing the same
error in core application too.

EB.ERROR>CK-INVALID.SUB.TYPE
Issue 2:

AA screen alignment issue.

In the below screenshot, the highlighted field should be placed under Source. And Withdraw notes
heading should move to the right.

Version : AA.ARR.CDP.CONSENT,AA.AMEND.MCB.BKP
Issue 3:

Interchanging the layout.

Customer Panel should be first and then the Data Protection Consent Panel.
Issue 4:

Consent Given is defaulting to NO, can we make the field as Hot field or do you have any other
possibility to make Consent Given as NULL.
