MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Plan and execute the installation, programing, and commissioning of the robot
automation system in Body Shop, Paint Shop and Press Shop. Integrate robots into
systems
- Troubleshoot, optimize the robot system for all Shops 
- Proficient in application of ABB robots such as: Packaging & Palletizing, Conveyor
tracking, Multitasking, Vision, Welding, Painting...
- Check on robot reach, payload, accuracy, and cycle time. Final check the possibilities
of operation by robot simulation
- Program robots and peripheral equipments (PLC, welding power source, welding torch,
gripper, vision camera, sensor, air compressor, ….)
- Optimize manufacturing process.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC


- University degree with Mechanical/Electrical/Automation Engineering
- At least 4 year experience, familiar with ABB robot is a plus
- Strong robotics knowledge (especially welding robotics), Strong automatic
manufacturing process
- Proficient at PLC programing, microcontroller, robot programming, servo motor,
inverter, HMI, motion control, controller as temperature, humidity, level… controller
- Good English communication and Training skill
- Ability of working under high pressure project
- Programing: C/C++,.NET Framework, Visual Basic, Matlab, C++
- Software: AutoCAD, Inventor, Catia, SolidWork, ProE/Creo, Ansys, Mastercam, ABB
Robot Studio, etc…
