Merford Support Statement
1. Introduction;
Besides supplying the cabins, Merford guarantees a package of services according to
conditions as mentioned further on.
Besides the “agreement” between THE END-USER and Merford, finally the formal contract
most likely will be signed via the crane supplier. In that case, THE END-USER has the position
to integrate this “agreement” in the overall crane contract.
With regards to supply of driver cabins and accompanying services, it’s both THE END-USER
and Merford’s goal to create the most optimum way of working together between THE END-
USER, Merford and the crane- and drive suppliers.
For this moment this proposal applies for STS and RTG container crane cabins worldwide.
