SALES AGREEMENT

This Sales Agreement is made and entered into as of the date grant set forth below.

BETWEEN: Mistosila L. Begil | Pascualito S. Diola – Properties Administrator

AND: Reymond C. Doren – Representative for Receiving, Processing, Approving


and Releasing Department of lot purchase.

This Agreement outlines the terms under which Representative shall be eligible to receive the
gain on sale commission (Purchase price less P400.00/sqmtr) from the seller and is effective
from April 15, 2019 through the purchase contract end date.

TEMRS OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement binds and benefits the parties and their respective executors, personal
representatives, successors and assigns.

 This Agreement shall continue in effect from the above date until date of expiration.
 Administrators shall market and sell the property to the best of his/her abilities.
 Administrators shall coordinate all sales activities with the Representative to accomplish
seamless contact with the company Purchase Department.
 Administrator also agrees to adhere to any written or verbal policies and procedures by
the Purchase Departments.
 Administrator shall transfer the amount gained from the sales directly to the
Representative or any other means not traceable to the Company’s Trustee.

PRICE OF THE PROPERTIES

The Administrators shall use their best effort to market the property, and shall not sell it for
any other amount lower than P 500.00 / square meter.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The Administrator shall keep the Department business secrets including but not limited our
Company, Trustee, to other brokers and shall not disclose them to any third party during and
after termination of the sales period.

APPLICABLE LAW

This Agreement and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed by, and construed in
accordance with the law of the Philippines.
ENTIRETY OF AGREEMENT

The Agreement supersedes all other agreements, either oral or written, between parties to this
agreement, with respect to the obligations contained herein and contains all of the covenants
and agreements between the parties with respect to such agreement.

TERMINATION

 If the sales is finish, the Agreement is terminated.


 During the term of this Agreement or after its termination, Administrator, or any agents
or representatives under Administrator’s Control shall not share or disclose any
information about the agreement.
 The Representative, at the Departments Head discretion, may terminate this agreement
and cancel the purchase, without prior notice, for any reason, such as breach of
contract, failure to meet expectation or any act that will prevent sales confidentiality
and identity.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Purchase Department has caused this Agreement to be signed by a duly
authorized officer, and the sellers Administrators has affixed their Signature hereto.
