汽泵给水泵再循环调节阀联锁逻辑：汽动给水泵入口流量逐渐

减小时，降至 430t/h 时开始开，至 286t/h 时全开；汽动给水泵入

口流量逐渐增大时，升至 306t/h 时开始关，至 450t/h 时全关。

根据 2019 年 8 月 7 日发电公司组织的关于给水泵再循环调节阀、

循环水泵运行方式讨论会决议，决定机组正常运行时，汽动给水泵

入口流量降至 500t/h 时再开启再循环调节阀，控制汽动给水泵入口

流量不小于 500t/h，保证给水系统运行经济性，但是存在一定异常

情况下给水流量变化导致再循环调节阀联锁开启触发给水流量低低

事故的风险，各方一致同意并接受可能存在的风险。

机组正常运行时，汽动给水泵入口流量降至 500t/h 时再开启再

循环调节阀运行方式，应注意以下几点：
The feed water pump recirculation valve interlocking

logic when the inlet flow of feed water pump is gradually

reduced. It starts to open when it drops to 430t/h and

fully opens when inlet flow reaches to 286t/h. When the

inlet flow of steam feed water pump is gradually increased,

recirculation valve starts to close when flow reaches to

306t/h, and it fully closes when flow reaches to 450t/h.

According to the resolution of the feed water pump

recirculation valve organized by power generation on August

8, 2019, when the inlet flow rate of steam feed water pump

drops to 500t/h, the recirculation valve is opened. And the

abnormal inlet flow condition of the feed water pump is

controlled to be not less than 500t/h to ensure the

economical operation of water supply. However, in case of

certain abnormal situation and low feed water flow


accident, all responsible persons agree and accept the

possible risks.

When then is in normal operation and the inlet flow of

steam feed water pump drops to 500t/h, the recirculation

valve should be opened. The following points should be

noted:

1、机组负荷 360MW 时，汽泵入口流量约 530t/h，保持再循环全

关，汽水分离器出口过热度变化，修改给水流量偏置时，应少量多

次调整偏置值，不允许直接输入数字大幅度改变偏置值，同时注意

汽泵入口流量变化。

1. When the unit load is 360MW, the inlet flow of steam feed water

pump is about 530t/h and the recirculation valve is completely closed. In

case the degree of superheat changes, the feed water flow offset value

should be adjusted in small steps. While changing the offset value, special

attention should be paid to inlet flow of steam feed water pump.


2、机组负荷 360MW 时，汽泵入口流量约 530t/h，保持再循环全

关，电网振荡，机组有功上下波动，使主蒸汽压力大幅升高时，会

造成给水流量减小，应立即退出给水系统自动，手动增加汽泵转速。

2. When the unit load is 360MW, the inlet flow of steam

feed water pump is about 530t/h. In case of power grid

oscillation, the unit has a sufficient fluctuations so the

main steam pressure increases which will cause to decrease

the feed water flow. In such case the water system should

be immediately exited from automatic to manual mode, and

manually increase the speed of feed water pump turbine.
