KNPC's VPN service is provided for legitimate business use. During my use of KNPC Vlrt ua6 Private Network
(VPN), I agree to adhere to the guidelines stated below:

1. I will not use KNPC VPN service for non-KNPC related acti vities.
2. I will use KNPC VPN service i an appropriate, ethical, and legal way .
3. I will protect my VPN Credentials and will not share the username or password with other personnel.
4. I understand that violating this User Agreement will mean immediate removal of my access to the VPN.
5. All computers connected to KNPC internal networks via VPN must have the latest anti-virus software and
operating system security patches applied. Information on these can be obtained from KNPC IT
6. Helpdesk.
I understand that my request is subject to IT assessment and IT reserves the r ight to decline the request
7. based on the assessment.
I understand that the approval cycle may take up to 5 days to process, therefore submitting the request in
8. advance is recommended.
During my VPN subscription, I understand that I may be subject to security audits by ol<NPC IT Personnel and
9. KNPC can be legally required to show these records to the concerned parties.
I also understand that VPN usage is tied to my KNPC position and the VPN access will be re-evaluated if my
10. Any violation of the usage agreement is subject to KNPC's disciplinary actions deemed appropriate by KNPC.
