Lab Report Assessment Rubric

This rubric assesses laboratory reports on a scale of 1-10 in four categories: results, observation and calculation, discussion, and conclusions. For each category, it provides descriptors for performance levels ranging from beginning/incomplete to exemplary. Scores are converted to a percentage that contributes to the student's overall lab report grade. The rubric is intended to provide transparency into how reports will be evaluated.
