Your Impact

The Financial Controller is a key contributor to consistent and growing financial performance of the
business. You will be accountable for the performance of multiple finance functions including
administration, financial accounting/reporting, annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, decision
support, analytics and market insights.

In the Role

You will demonstrate leadership in problem-solving, control issues, and process improvements and
contribute to:

Other Requirements

• 6+ years of broad, progressive experience in finance


• Chartered Accountant, Certified Professional Accountant/CMA or other professional
accounting designation required
• Proven ability to work across organizations, influencing change and delivering results
• Be familiar with Microsoft Dynamic Great Plains system (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication, leadership & project management skills
